ACD Lights Coming On

Hi, the problem I am having is that all my ACD lights light up after driving the car. I have done some research on this already but couldn't find a thread with the exact problem as i'm having.

Lately when I go for a journey that is a fairly long, I notice that my 3 ACD lights all light up (Tarmac, Gravel, Snow). When I start my evo at first it is ok, and when I drive for a short distance it is ok, but when I go for a longer drive the 3 lights light up. I just pull in and turn the car off and on again and it is ok

What is the problem? What is or could be the cause? What can be done to help or fix this?

Your info would be appreciated, thanks.

disconnect the battery, it'll reset your system... check it again if it does it again... you may need a new computer.... b.c it is malufunticon and may not be serious now.... take it in ti Mitsu and tell them the issue... they will def need to trouble shoot but most likely you looking at a new ECU.... it's pretty high dollar from Mitsu i think like between 800-1200 depending on what model you have... MR (for the X) is higher b.c of the duel clutch SST etc... more B.S. Senors plus the tranny cooler.... so yeah.... disconnect the battery and retry ee what happens let me know how it turns out

Can't the ACD pump just to bad. I know a few places that offer a rebuild. Here's one: http://www.acd-tuning.com/

Not sure of the details on when/why it needs rebuilt though.

I have the same problem with the 8 I bought 2 months ago and havent had time to diag it yet past pulling the codes, which were:

ABS Codes:
32 - G sensor system
71 - Lateral G sensor fault
12 - lf wheel speed sensor circuit open/short (been replaced, still on)
22 - LF wheel speed sensor erratic

ACD Codes:
26 - speed sensor
25 - Deformed Tyre
22 - FL Sensor open
65 - ABS open

many codes overlap each other but hopefully Ill get time to diag it further soon. Luckily very little rain and no snow here in the desert so non working abs isnt a huge deal but I still want it fixed.

Your pump most likely needs a rebuild, plain and simple. It's definitely not the ACD module.

If the ACD fluid was low would it cause the light to come on?

Thanks

If it was low enough to where there wasn't enough fluid circulating through the system, then yes.

The ACD reservoir is below the min. line. Well should I top it up and bleed the system anyway?

I know that there was a sport clutch fitted to my 8 before I bought it.
