With the right mods, 30psi on the stock turbo is possible. My car spikes at 30psi currently, full bolt ons, and minor head work, cams, head studs, etc...

pass on it honestly, that's a bit steep for that mileage.. you'll be at 100k miles within a year and a half and still have $13k+ to pay. think of that. get something in the 50-60k mile range. who knows if the dude even did the 60k service, that's another $500 in parts alone.
