Questions to hit power goal

Hey guys, looking for some advice of hitting my power goal of 450whp. Current setup is FP Red JB turbo (just blew it about to send to FP for rebuild), hks 272 cams, arp head studs, stock motor tc and tranny, ID1000cc injectors, Walbro 255lph fuel pump, APS 3.5" intercooler, nisei ic piping and intake, tial q bov, SD conversion, ACT Hdss clutch, Megan 02 housing and downpipe, perrin testpipe, hks hi power exhaust, I thought I would hit my power goals with these mods but my tuner insists is all she's got. VD graph attached. I think this is laggy for a red. What other mods should I consider?

Who's doing your tuning? I've got a pretty much stock Evo 9 on 93oct and my car is doing better than that. Get onto Tom from TScomp Tuned, he'll fix ya wagon!

Yeah seems like that tuners not really pushing that setup.... and you're in florida? Don't you guys have E85 readily available at most if not all gas stations? If so get tuned on E85 you'll reach that goal and then some(i would hope)

E85 station is about 10-15 minutes from my house. I was told I needed bigger injectors and fuel pump to run ethanol.

My first mod would be a new tuner. You should also bump up that smoothing on your VD, or find a smoother more flat road There is more left in that setup for sure

I think you should def, be hitting your target... I'm ~350 VD on a stock turbo/cams at 28psi.

Unless you have some setup issue, boost leak etc...

maybe COP ignition(got a Sparktech for sale btw),GSC S2 cams,???

something is wrong b/c that Red i spooling late.full boost not 'til after 5,000rpm is no good.i don't know much about the red, green, black type turbos, but i know you should be spooling quicker and putting down over 400whp.

I'm on a 3 port ecu boost controller so maybe he had it set up like that for safety purposes, turbo might have been on it's way out as well. Tune was done on mid june and blew up on late july, then again idk this is my first turbo failure.

I would definitely have to agree with everyone above you should be hitting your goal not swing your tuner is bad at all just saying on that set up i would expect much more at least all lot closer to your 450. In answer to your question maybe try GSC S2s your get a little extra out of those then the hks, maybe do bigger injectors and run e85 and you will deff hit your goal good luck man

i would have to say no man I'm shooting for the same power goals, well 500 on e85 if i make the switch it scarce around me and to make 450ish on pump i need FIC 1050cc but if i want to run e85 I'm looking at at least FIC 1150 HI-z so i would have to say no i don't think those are enough but if I'm wrong someone please correct me. But also like what was said if you have no issues with the car IE boost leak, Exhaust leak, anything really then i would look for a different tuner or at least address the one you have now and give him a chance but i think someone above mentioned tom one seen that guys tunes amazing from what i hear good luck man

I had a very bad experience with a remote tune, so I'm gonna bother with that...not saying everyone that does remote tuning is the same, I'm just traumatized lol. Any answers on ID1000cc's being enough for 450whp on e85?

The 1000's should be enough to hit 450 on e85. Who is tuning you in Orlando? I'd recommend going to see Jestr.
