no, they're crap. i wouldn't use them even if they were free. the cheapest route is doing something right the first time.

gsc s1/s2 or kelford 272, and search

WORDS OF WISDOM
Stay away from anything that's not GSC or Kelford
Thank me later

On a side note... the OBX intercooler is great!

I'm rockin' comp cam 280's. GSC and Kelford aren't the only two companies worth a damn making cams.

Really? I've heard for the price they're amazing. Lots of gains over stock with a larger turbo. But I guess I overlooked the heat soak part haha. Thanks for the heads up

isn't OBX an "ebay special" type brand?

Knew it, I remember seeing pictures of their t3 manifold's welds breaking and just dropping the turbo.

last i recall OBX was originally the company Toucan. they made cheap universal products. i would stay the hell away from those..

As for kelford or GSC cams, i dont know anything about those, im one of the few original evo owners left on this site to my knowledge. when i started modding my 05 evo 8 years back i installed HKS 272s. good power gain, and you KNOW you can trust HKS considering there one of the top companies who makes good products.
