i have a evo 8 rs and my srs light jus came on!! i jus had a shop install a boost and wideband gauge and now the srs light is on.. How do i turn it off?? is it fine to drive the car with it on?

 

Have the code pulled you'll need to go to either Mitsu dealer or may get lucky at a bodyshop that has a scanner that can talk to the srs system.

Only unsafe if your in a crash at this point. Did the shop disconnect the battery before installation... I hope

i searched and found a couple topics in this but since i have a rs i didnt know if anything was different!

 

Why would it be different? The only thing we dont have other than aesthetics is ABS.
