i hate driving this car!!
At 1k and that is where I would go back down to, you would need a white spring for that. I know you said you are gonna change springs or you did already but that is the proper spring to use. If the car still does it then yeah its definately tune related. I went back and saw you got a black spring. That will work but being it is a softer spring, it will open under throttle and make things worse. I went through like 3 springs myself and that wasn't even the problem. Tom fixed it the min he tuned it from my last tuner.

From Local Cars in my area the injectors you are using seem to be the issue for the most part. I'd say try an ID2000 cc inj and have an E.R, Tscomp, or Mellon or have these guys I mentioned recommend an appropriate Injector. Hope you get everything sorted to enjoy the car man.

Why did you have to switch to a afpr was there something wrong with your stock one? Plenty of people run double pumpers and 2150s with stock regs without any issues.
The 40r is proven to suck at this altitude I bet it's just surging like crazy and there is not much your going to be able to do about it. There are literally no fast cars that run a 40r variant in the Utah area because of these reasons. Good luck though
Funny u said that when it starts getting cold im thinking of going to 35r or 6262. This turbo isnt cuttin it for drag
Swapping springs, or even making adjustments is a fairly quick procedure. I would just play around with it until you find your sweet spot. I originally had the same doubts as you as a softer spring seemed to make more sense.
Update! Well guys i was going off ur guys hunch about the bov. I just went n checked the spring to make sure the kid that sold me the bov was right that it had the white. I popped it open and wahla the dam spring is purple!! Ha. I also looked on tials sight and they said it needed direct vaccuum from IM and i have the line t'd to my boost a pump. Im ordering a vaccuum distribution block and a new spring tonight
hopefully it fixes it. Thanks for all ur help
