Fantasy Street Build

OK, let's have some fun...

Let's build a fantasy EVO. Post your fantasy engine, tranny and or suspension set up:

No particular limmitations, just whatever you'd consider streetable. In fact, let's not even worry about budget or availablity other than it must be comercially available with only light custom machining.

cool thread

i think i would like to have a 2.4l with a forward facing 35r, ultimate ratio transmission, built TC, full suspension (coilovers, sway bars, bushings, etc) light weight rotors, lightweight 17x9" rims (wedsports or RPF1s)

i want fast spool with a wide power band. id use the car for drag, road racing and street use. just an all around fun car...hopefully

Sounds awesome! What specific parts would you source, or haven't you considered them yet?

I would love to replicate Curt Brown's fp green set up that pushes 600 on e85. I think that would be the ultimate "street" Evo.

Not sure, but with the 35r i think i would go with the slightly smaller hotside for the quicker spool and wide power band. And i would try to lower the weight as much as possible or just send it to STM for that

It would be a more expensive version of what I am building towards now. Fully built and ported 2.0, GSC s1 cams, MAP rev 3 intake manifold, MAP rev 3 exhaust manifold, BB-BBK full, 3" from O2 back, Ohlins R/T coilovers, FMIC, LICP, whiteline bushings in key areas, 2 piece brake rotors, front splitter, rear diffuser, APR GTC wing etc. etc.
