How much horsepower

How much horsepower can you get just by switching to TephraMod from the original ECU Rom? Without tuning.

None.

The TephraMod allows you to change more ECU options and allows for more extensive tuning, it doesn't necessarily give you more horsepower out of the box. You need to tune it for that.

^ Rude. Obviously this is not true.

The correct response would have been "Hella".

There is a chance that you'll lose power because the ECU will spend more time yaking instead of driving!

First two repliers said none, which is why I went for the joke comment, otherwise I would've said "none" as well.

When you ask this question on EVOM, you get flamed
When you get flamed, you try to prove something
When you try to prove something, you load Tephra V7 in a huff
When you load Tephra V7 in a huff, you forget your immobilizer code
When you forget your immobilizer code, your car will not move and you are screwed.

Don't be screwed, upgrade to Direc... er, Tephra V7.

In the above scenario, the correct answer is -286 bhp.

You gain multiplies, but in all honesty I would talk to a tuner about your goals and go from there.
