Any idea on how to fix this? I know someone mentioned silicone but I have the same problem. Is it as easy as taking the screw holding it in out putting some silicone on it and putting it back in? I know this is an old thread but maybe someone is able to help me out because I have the same problem. Should I look out for anything flying out of there? Someone mentioned a spring in there. I just had the shaft seals replaced and TB cleaned out. Really don't want to take the TB off the car.

 

Looks like an o-ring could be replaced.

Yea I got that far into my research but I wanna know if I am able to just take the piece out and put it back in. I wanna know if I am able to do so without upsetting any preset settings that are set in place. Also what is that half circle piece in the picture? I plan on fixing this leak with the TB still on the car so that adds to the difficulty.
