System to lean code and breaking up between shifts?

alrite guys, quick question, i already searched a bunch about the whole system to lean code(p0171) i believe thats the number, neways, i replaced sparks plugs thinkin that may be the intial, well the only problem i found at all when i replaced them is they were quite loose and not tighten down very well into the head, so i tighten them, cleared the code, and every couple days it will come back on for no reason? the other issue is between shifts at WOT the car with break up a bit the go, and through the entire rpm band it will b fine, only time it breaks up is between wot shifts, and i noticed today that in between shifts it blew a small cloud of black smoke? yall think it may b goin rich in between? ne help would b great

What kind of DV/BOV are you using?

Tune? Mods since the tune?

If your getting the system lean code, that means your injectors are not scaled correctly and your fuel trims are outta wack.
