I have a question about the keyless remote entry. Now when I get out of my car and I go to lock it the alarm doesnt activate when I hit the button. It usually activates like 30 minutes later why is that.

 

does the door still lock but the alarm doesnt arm?

 

Check the little thing Wen u close the door its like a squishy thing wit a screw make sure all of them r tighten thus happened to me and found this out and worked hope it does for u

is the battery in the remote dead?

 

or it was programmed incorrectly.

 

Could be one of your door actuators is going bad and causing the car not to lock & arm. It's not cheap to get the actuator from mitsubishi (+$200)but it's very cheap to replace just the motor ($5) inside the actuator. My drivers door has this issue. I need to get off my @ss and fix it. LOL.

My keyless remote started working again wth? I did the reprogram thing again and now its working but I can still hear the door chime when the key is not in the ignition. Is there an issue with that switch thats on the column again>? could it be loose I havent even driven the car. The car hasnt even moved.
