Car charger problem

My car charger provide enough power for the charger to light up but it does not charge anything. I have tried 2 chargers and 3 devices. Is there a fuse i should check out, also if its a fuse wouldnt the charger get no power at all? Thanks

Could be the actual metal piece you plug the car charger into. Mine broke and I had to replace it. 4.99$ at Auto Zone for one and it worked just fine. Super easy to install also.

It gives some power off to the charger as the led on it lights up. When yours stopped did it still give some power. Is the charger on the evo universal? did you just swap the bottom piece out

Yes it still gave power to my Verizon charger (the red light for the verizon logo was lit up just barely) and it was just the medal piece that had to be replaced which is the lower portion.

Id assume the evo's would be the same as a lancer due the part being a universal fit. Autozone didn't even ask what kind of car I had they just pointed it out and I installed it. Has worked perfect ever since.
