So, I just rebuilt my motor and when its cold the car normal but when it heats up it starts to spuder and feel like I am running on 2 cylinder. The car sat for about 5 months is it the gas?

Sounds ignition related.. Check the plugs & coils. Provide more information and we can help you out a little better

it sat 5 months before the rebuild? is it throwing a code?

Bad gas, dirty injectors, if you just rebuilt it you most likely left a coil loose
most likely its an operator malfunction

Definitely check all connections and do a tuneup. Like BEKevo said, sounds ingintion related. Good luck!

I am getting a vague code that says it ignition, fuel injector, mass vacuum leak and miss fire on #2 cylinder. My next step is to change over fuel injector since I already have some, they are 750 which are a little bigger then stock, to see if it that.

If you have a power probe you can pull the rail with the injectors and apply power at the plug to see if they spray.
