Boost cut usually just kills all power, feels like someone grabbed the *** end of your car. Doesn't usually sputter and backfire more than once or twice.

When did you add the exhaust and intake?

i got the car with the intake.. and i got the exhaust about two years ago. was always running fine till this started happening.. all i heard was popping sound about 2 or 3 but i felt it as while just sputter.. like if it was missing or fuel cut or even over boosting.

also what do i look for if i check the MAP?

So you modified the exhaust on a turbo car and drove around for years without knowing how much boost it makes?
At any rate, here a quick check since you just replaced the plugs. Pull them all out. Gap them down to .020" and then reinstall them. Try to duplicate your problem.

A good tune will not only fix issues like these, but potentially could almost make more power and doing so safely.

A tune will not fix a boost leak though
