check the vacume line to your waistgate over boost generally only happens if your waist gate isnt opening also check the waist gate itself mine was doing the same thing was running 20psi then one day it just spiked over 30 had a hole in my gate

 

Checked all hoses everything looks good but still got the cel checked it today n its P0234 over boost...

Tried everything I can't seem to find the problem at all.

 

Did you pull the intake off and do a boost leak test?

 

I haven't did that but will a boost leak cause over boost?

 

It will have the symptoms you mentioned in post #14

 

But if I was loosing boost due to a leak wouldn't it be under boosting not over?
