This is the second time I have to replace this fan. This first time I had chalked it up to age (she's an Evo 7) but this time I think its the intercooler pressing on the fan. Well that's what the electrican said. And when I think about it, its only after I changed to an AMS intercooler that the first fan failed.

I'd Like to know if there is a slimmer fan that could be uses, push as much if not more air, have the same bolt up and eletrical connections?

If not, is there any way to space the AMS intercooler. It's a pretty fight fit as is.
