Rpm spike.????

So after reading all the other posts about this problem I decided to ask more of a specific question.

I recently had some descent work done. New clutch, turbo, cams etc. Anyways after i let off throttle on WOT pulls i get nasty rpm spike. It does it even if I dont push the clutch in. So i know its not me not shifting right. It seemed to start happening even before all the work but only after i switched to my synapse bov. but also did it when I tried an APS bov as well. never really did it with the 9 valve. Btw it only does it sometimes. It starting to **** me off. Ive done boost leak checks again and again. went over all vacuum lines. cleaned synapse valve. checked gas pedal for clearance, checked throttle cable. Doesnt stick. IDK

Id go back to a 9 valve but im pushing 31 psi and even crushing it I dont think it will hold my boost. And i have a feeling it will still give me rpm spike because ive read other posts saying it didnt help. Ive read ALL th other threads on this and it seems it has never really been diagnosed. tho I know most cases are different so its not gonna be fix for everyone. Just starting this to see if anyone out there has had similar problems and found the cure.
Thanx for your time.
