So my cars lip has been popped out on the passenger side for the longest time an just recently the driver side popped out!.. I tried just pushing it back in but it pops right back out. What's the fix for getting the lip to stay on? Also if i plan to replace it down the road, how is the lip removed?

 

might have to take off bumper to see if some screws are missing/ tighten them back up. noticed you're from the bay area, which part are you at? i'm located in the east bay

 

Would pushing it into place and then dropping a self tapping screw into it from the wheel well work?

 

You need to get under the car, take off the plastic guard and have a look. it is held in place by self tapping screws into some tabs. if it popped off the screw hole may be stripped, so it would be better to have a look.
