Car feels sluggish, very rich, low boost
Ok so I was driving my car tonight and for some reason it just didn't seem to be pulling like usual. I noticed the AFR's were dipping really low, in the 9.9-10.1 range, and it seemed to hit full boost or close to it for a split second then instantly begin to taper (more than usual).
I just put the gauges in last week and I T'd the boost gauge line in right before the Fuel Pressure Regulator. I have a feeling I have a leak somewhere in the vacuum line for the gauge. Would a leak near the FPR make the car go really rich like it is?

Yes, a vacuum leak will make the car go rich under boost, since the ECU is calculating the fueling based on what the MAF read. If there ends up being less air going into the engine than what was read by the MAF, then there's more fuel relative to the qty of air.
