Tapping for fuel pressure?

Where do people typically tap for a sensor on these cars? No banjo for a fuel filter on the firewall like dsms.

Is there a kit that is meant for the stock rail/return?
I'm liking the AEM fuel rail, wont need a regulator and has a 1/8npt port.
I'm not shooting for more than 600whp on a mustang dyno so there is no need for a regulator since I run a 91 octane + methonal setup is there?

Another thing that worries me is having a FPR that wont hold pressure when the car is off. I love my quick oem style starts which is why I would rather side with the aem fuel rail than risk messing with my cold start fuel pressure. Are there certain brands known for not holding cold pressure?

Some AFPRs aren't designed well to hold pressure, and will leak when the pump is off returning line pressure back to zero. I have an Aeromotive one for example on my DSM that does this. Just results in perhaps a bit longer cranking but really not anything terribly noticeable. I've written it off as a non-issue for now but do wonder if there is a quantifiable impact on peak fuel flow from the pump since some effort is being used to generate the bit of extra pressure lost from the "leaky" afpr.

Some AFPR don't leak though as quickly, probably similar to stock. I've seen a few of these firsthand, some of them being other Aeromotive designs. Different ball seat I'd imagine, or perhaps one better machined. Mine is a 90-degree seat which I imagine is a bit more difficult to get perfect in order to seal on a ball bearing as opposed to a conical seat.

I have the kit he linked you to, and it does fine as far as holding pressure, it will maintain some overnite. If you search the intronet some(I can't remember where I found it), there is an adapter that goes between the rail and the fuel line(input, two bolts), and has an NPT port on it. That is how the factory test tool works, you can see it in the manual.
