Hey guys,

I am in the process of relocating my battery to the trunk and would just like to hear peoples ideas on how they are mounting their trays/boxes to the trunk. I've read through all the related tutorials but there isn't much info on the actually mounting process itself. I am just curious if people are drilling through and using some kind of nut on the bottom side or if there is enough material to thread it?

I just drilled a hole on mine and have the battery on the left side.

 

I had a small battery tray already; so when it was moved to the trunk just drilled two holes in the floor, add a nut and bolt through both sides of the tray
