definitely a known problem with the buscher DP, mine does it too. One if not both of your bulkheads are leaking, Its easy to check. take the cover off clean the top of the pump body and fill your tank, you will see it start to pool up under one or both bulkheads. You need to find the leaky guy, pull it all apart make sure its tightened or get some kind of gasket in there to stop it.

I still have not contacted buschur about it the second time around ive had it in for 1 week, so im just trying to see if it is gonna keep doing a drop here or there. Buschur took it back the first time and improved the leak and at first I thought I was 100% dry but when I rub my finger around the fitting by the washer I get 1-2 drops, no pooling no wet sender just a drop. Im trying to figure out if it means enough to pull it for the third time because it is such a pain and I didnt want to replace the fuel clamps and tighten the fittings well...because I feel like I paid for something that should work 100% not 99%. Overall i do like the pump setup though, and I have yet to hook up the wiring for the second pump so who knows if that will leak crazy but I do not need the extra fuel yet from the second pump but I will know soon.
