Misfire issues?

Alright everyone need to pick your brains.

I recently installed a motor, used long block. Good compression. Timing is dead on. I have 272 hks cams swapped into it from my last engine.

The motor has good spark, good fuel however just is misfiring. Or at least its running like its misfiring. Checked timing it is dead on. The reason I swapped the 272s in was because I thought it was the stock cams making it run poorly with my old tune.

Is it possible a cam angle sensor that's 180 degrees off can make it run this bad? Or is it also possible a bad cam sensor can be causing this to run poorly?

I'm not positive about the 180* question honestly... I'm not even sure if you can do it? BUT... are we talking misfiring at idle, or what?

Are you positive that all the coil packs are seated properly? On one of my 4G93's the one coil pack, even though it was bolted down, would occassionally lift itself up just enough that it would cause misfiring.
