Doesn't the cone filter and turboback exhaust lean the car out a good amount due to being more free flowing?

Just put the parts on and drive easily until you get tuned. You will be fine. It's not as if you are installing a bigger turbo or switching to E85 without a new tune.

I thought mods without tuning leaned the car out more?

You can go pretty far without a tune. Don't sweat it.

They proved you can mod it without tuning and it will see gains. Just obviously more gains with a tune

No problem driving with those parts without a tune. The only things I can think of off the top of my head that really require a retune as soon as you make the switch are injectors and E85.

Has the car ever been tuned? If its on a stock tune then it's already running richer than need be, what were the afr's before the mods? Just watch the wide band, installing a fuel pump shouldn't change the air fuels that much. I would not be scared to floor it in the least bit as long as u keep an eye on the wide band. People act like a stock turbo Maf setup car is gonna blow up instantly if the air fuels are slightly off. As long as u don't have a timing map in the thing that was made my a retard it should be fine.

I agree 100% you will hit a fuel cut before the car blows up and with those min mods and the wally you will never hit the fuel cut. THE ONLY side effect would be poor gas mileage. Anyone who says different is only very careful cautious and are speculating based on what they would or wouldn't do..

the most import thing is that it has never been tuned before, because if someone has already put a very aggressive tune into the car, then you could run into trouble.

Even on an aggressive tune, just cruising without going into boost would be fine unless even the cruise area had been aggressively tuned for maximum fuel economy.
