Power steering pump pic IX
Anyone have a picture of a power steering pump out that is out of the car? I am trying to find where this blue wire on the heat shield for the ps pump connects to. I have taken the heat shield off to take that picture.

Surely there must be wires going to the ps pump ? I can't find mine nor is the FSM been any help. Any idea what pages the wiring for the power steering pump are? All I can find is c119 pin 54 but that doesn't help me under the engine bay..

That blue wire comes out of the back of the P/S pump and is the power steering pressure switch.
This is the best picture I could find right now. Hope this helps you.

Found this picture in google search.

Thanks! That helps alot! Was hoping for a up close shot of the connector into the body of the pump tho. Does the other end of that cable run towards the front of your car?

I found the plug that I suspect it goes into, I tried pulling on it but the black boot just doesn't come out... I feel something like a metal pin connector under there but how do I reattach it without pulling the pump? Any suggestions?

The switch might unscrew with blue wire attached. I'm not sure though. Maybe someone else can chime in.
Yes, the blue wire connects to the harness attached to the a/c compressor and it comes from the pass side of the radiator.
