Whining coming from the Power steering pump area?

I am having this whining that is RPM dependent. I have tried replacing the PS pump and ended up flushing the fluid and re-bled it numerous times. I can't for the life of me figure this out.
I found this video from another member on youtube. This is the exact sound that I have coming from around the PS pump area.

Any Ideas?

Yes, it was a pin-hole "boost" leak in his intake snorkel. Pay attention.

To the thread-starter: if you've ruled out the PS pump, next is the oil pump. But that's a pain to check.

The other day I got a nail in my tire. Worst boost leak I had that I can remember. Even tops the boost leak I had when I didn't tighten down the T clamp on my air filter.
