same thing that happened to mine at 110k. don't waste your time pressure testing it, it's busted. Just go ahead and save some time and order a new one now.

 

Mine failed in spectacular fashion last summer. '03 with about 120k at the time.

Chad at CBRD came to the rescue in less than 24 hours to get me back on the road. Zero problems since.

 

My went at `100k and 10 years, so they last a minute. I went with a Mishimoto full width, with the pipe coming out of the center like the stock unit couldn't be happier, and it wasn't even that expensive.

your top tank is leaking same thing happened to mine same location i used jb weld for a temporary fix until the new radiator came in...buy an evo 6 radiator and hoses to move the top hose away from the manifold...

 

If you want a "NEW" OEM style replacement go on parts geek, rock auto or similar. $100-150
