Boost Issue After Injen Kit Installation

after installation of Injen IC piping and intake i encounter this boost issue at full boost? please help? attached is a video of the issue i am having problem with.

looks like wastegate flutter since your needle bounces up and down at full spool.

check your wastegate, and check hoses to wastegate, mbc, ebc what ever your running
