My car makes a loud ticking noise during idle and during the drive. I heard it may be the injectors and that it's normal, but it gets really annoying.

there's a section dedicated to the 04-06 Lancer Ralliart just above this one...it's difficult to hear the sound you're describing, injectors can be quite loud, I could be that your valves need to be adjusted, or this may sound weird, but inspect your timing belt, mine made a weird ticking noise shortly before it stripped. how old is the timing belt.
