Ralliart EVO swap engine ticking noise

I have a ralliart evo x 20g turbo swapped. Tuned etc. Stock internals. Recently I've been getting a ticking noise while driving. It' only under load and when I'm on the throttle. It's not super loud. But hella annoying. I can't find anything loose in the engine bay. It sounds like its on the driver side. Ive removed heat shield on manifold thinking it was that. But its still there. Im not sure if an exhaust leak would cause it. Any input would be helpful. thank you

Ticking is farely normal on the Evo engine. Are you sure it's not just the injectors? Post a video on Vimeo or Youtube if you can.

It could be valve train noise, not good if it's very loud, but hard to tell without knowing what it sounds like
