Can somebody explain to me Buschur blocks!?

Can somebody explain to me Buschur blocks!?

So there's long blocks, short blocks, 2.0, 2.4... What does this all mean ? What's the difference in power wise.

A 2.4 will produce more tq just to make this easier

Long blocks(block and head
short block(just block)

2.0 same stock displacement

2.3, 2.4 are strokers. More TQ but cant rev as High as a 2.O

all stage 3 blocks can handle 700+hp
