Question Donut Gasket question/Problem - Downpipe - HELP!

So I've searched everywhere and hope maybe you guys can help. I was given a downpipe a few years ago and I finally installed it with the rest of my exhaust. After installation I noticed a huge leak from the 02 housing which many people have reported on here.

I don't know what type of Downpipe I have but it appears that I may have an older TurboXS downpipe because the donut gasket does not sit flush inside the inlet of the downpipe. The downpipe inlet is larger than the donut gasket so it doesn't make a clean seal.

The question is this. When people say you need a Turbo XS donut gasket is that because of the issue I described above? Does the outer diameter of the donut gasket not match up with the turbo xs downpipe inlet? Can I Buy one of these at a local parts store or do I have to order it?

Also would RTV fix this in any way? Could I fill the gap around the gasket with RTV or is that just a dumb idea?

I was hoping to get the car tuned this week but wanted to resolve the exhaust leak first. I have it so Its not 2 bad but if I got WOT I smell it !

Thanks for the help guys!!

I think I might have the same issue, as I just got a downpipe with no name and it doesn't sit plush to the donut gasket. Post pics.
