Just wanting some input. Have a few upgrades on my 03 evo 8 like walbro 255 pump, bigger turbo, 1000cc injectors full exhaust and a few others... The way it is setup now I am getting 361 hp to the wheels at 25psi. Wanting to be closer to 500 to the wheels at 32psi at the most. Any suggestions?

 

e85, cams, tune, maybe a different turbo like an fp black.

what kind of "bigger turbo" do u have? seems pretty weak to push ~360 at 25 psi.
my stock 8.5 pushed close to that at 24psi

 

You might also want to go with something better than the 255pump for 500hp....

 

360? thats it? what other mods do you have because i have all bolt ons with a stock turbo and im running 380 to the wheels. you should definitely also invest in cams. those are a big difference.

 

different number could be on different dyno post you number and what dyno also e85 with a diffrent turbo easly could get you there

To reach that number you're going to need to upgrade your intercooler and might as well do piping while you're at it.

 

I think a walbro 255 should hold up well. Depends on what kind of platform you're getting your car tuned on.
