I've heard of this problem sporadically on this forum concerning surge for the fp reds/blacks, Contact English Racing I'm sure they have a solutions.

i looked at Tials chart, my spring is definitely too tight for the amount of vacuum my engine is pulling.. ordered a new spring. i hope it comes in soon

Mine does this as well. We tryed all springs and put it down to turbo. Now installing a turbo withbanti surge ports. Doesnt do it that bad though and im running 25psi

What spring did you end up ordering? Mine currently has the unpainted spring which is in fact too tight considering I'm only running around 11-14 in vacuum. I guess I will order the white or black spring and try that out.

I have 11in vacuum too. so i ordered the 8 psi soring accdg to Tials spring chart... still not here
