Is there anyone that could point me in the right direction as to where I could get a design and maybe measurements to make a custom tow bar for my evo as I am located in Aus and would like to keep my evo and tow my ski at the same time.

There was a member here who was fabbing the tow hitches & selling. I contacted him some time ago & he no longer makes them (cant remember his name off hand)

use your stock crash beam and weld a hitch receiver to it. this is my set up

i've done a lot of "long" trips upstate with the raptor 700 and kx250 cruising at 70 (sometimes more) with 0 issues. The bumper has a small cut out behind the plate, the hitch pin is seated right outside of the bumper. you can kind of see it in the thread I posted with the bicycles on the back. the klx110 on the dirtbike hitch however i do not suggest
although it holds i wouldn't trust it. took a few 20 min trips with it.
