Car is lowered in those pics also appears to have mismatched headlights but that may be the pic.

No not necessarily . Just may be a harsh ride depending. Just pointing it out by the mods you listed

I think the headlights might be the same, but the angle does give it a different look. If it is different, then it may have been hit.

Looks like an aftermarket AC fan. Any engine bay pics?

What springs is it lowered on?

Any service records? It should be on it's 3rd timing belt job. NBD as long as the Tbelt was done within the last 60K miles.

Not a bad deal. What are your plans with it? If you're going to build the engine/drivetrain then I wouldn't let the high mileage bother you.

Take it to a shop and do a leakdown test and/or compression test if you want peace of mind. Hope 6 speed has not been abused. Theres a thread on what to look for when buying an evo.

+1

Also I personally think 130K miles on your first Evo, let alone an MR is way too much. If the price is an issue, get an 8 with lower miles for 16-18K.

Around here $16k is about right. For $18500 I'd expect a good 20-30k less miles on it though.

Which brings up the pricing. Why the hell do people say "I'm asking 18500 but the lowest I will take is 16000" ? You might as well say "well the price you are not going to pay me is 18500 and the price I have already settled for and need to be talked below is 16000".
Who the hell is going to hear that and say OK HERE IS 18500 THEN ?
Seriously, when people say crap like that I purposefully don't buy from them on general principle.
