Lightly modded, intake and some other crap..

Seems to me like I'm getting a decent deal from what I'm reading here. I've owned a couple of Subarus and other sporty manual cars but everyone tells me I've been missing out by not getting an Evo, here's my chance
Depends on the mods. That's a GREAT price if it's done right.

i can agree with this! These things really won't hurt the car. If anything it will run better. I'm even ok with a boost controller. Also paperwork from a reputable shop is always nice and all maintenance records almost always help keep the value up.

With this taken into account, how much would you say would be a fair price for an Evo with these mods, reputable tune, along with other tasteful mods, ~130k miles, WW XI?

I'm curious to know. I have the same car and my co-worker keeps bugging me to sell. I haven't been watching prices, so don't know what to tell him.

~$16K. Low mileage IX's are fetching a premium (upwards of $25K), but anyone picking up a 130k mile example should expect to have to refresh some stuff.

The prices are killing me. I've been in the market for a nice IX for $20k for months and can't find anything because people list them for $25+

Given they are up for months. So it's just a matter of time till someone accepts my offer lol

I'm of the belief that something is worth what someone is willing to pay. I don't see these cars coming up for sale often enough for prices to fall. There is always the guy who "stole" his evo from someone. Go on any forum cars, bikes, boats etc. There is someone saying they got the car for nothing. I know there is no way I would part with my car for $20k, because I know you won't find a nice clean low mileage evo for sub $24k. Also it's hard to find an EVO that's worth jumping on and what car can you buy that provides the thrill and excitement of an evo 8/9? It took me close to 6 months to get my car and finally I found one. I had to fly and get my 9 and I couldn't be happier. I also am looking for another Evo for a friend.
Happy Hunting
