Anyone else had issues it's their oil drains?

So for awhile there I had a mysterious oil leak that I could not find the source of. It was leaking on top of the starter and leaving oil on the bolts of the oil pan leading me to believe the oil pan was leaking.

After re sealing the pan and STILL having the leak I finally left the car running with the accelerator pedal down I discovered that the oil drain line was squirting oil.
I finally took it off and discovered a series of small holes traveling down the tube that were on the ridges in the area of the piping that you can bend.

I'm just wondering how many other people have had this issue??

Cheers
Colton

Are you talking about the oil return line from the turbo?

Havent had that problem myself. Easy enough fix though just replace the line. Make sure you get new gaskets for the line to turbo and line to oil pan. There is a correct way to install them too so do a quick search on the correct orientation.

was the tube actually leaking? Could it have been the Turbo to Tube gasket that was bad?
