Insurance just went up wtf?

This isn't really telling it all though.. Insurance companies invest your money in "stocks and bonds, real estate holdings and precious metals in order to cover the cost of business and insurance claims."

I have an '03 evo and my insurance premium also went up. When I questioned them about it, they said they're data was gathered using "crash test ratings and parts availability/pricing" so yeah, in a way were being punished for driving an 11 year old sports car. At least the car is totally worth the increase

I had USAA as well and switched over to Geico because it went up.

I'm in the same boat as you. No accidents or tickets.

AAA insurance been pretty good to me. Right around $1500 a year for my 2006 evo ix.

Texas - 161 a month for insurance age 24, 1 wreck but I rebuilt the car, next month that wreck will go away so just waiting to see where I will be at. And I turn 25 next month

I'd go elsewhere, but I remember a while back Geico was dropping people who were using their Vehicles in Competitive "High-Risk Environments."
