This ^^^^^

6 db is a 50% reduction in sound pressure .... that's huge.

Can you post a video for the car after getting warmed and then switch on and off the damper to see the difference?

I can post a video when i get my car ready. Just waiting on some good weather. Its either been snow or rain here the past few weeks

i have a rattle/ buzzing sound from the damper around 2,000rpms when i drive. Its either the butterfly valve hitting the inside of the exhaust pipe or the shaft hitting the sides of the holes i drilled. The pipe i mounted it in is slightly smaller then 3in pipe because it was a slip fit exhaust.

Sorry it took so long but I was finally motivated enough to relocate the damper. I am so glad I did. Moving it closer to the end of the exhaust made a huge difference.

This is great! Everything has been working great and I have not had any issues.

Pics of how you mounted/placed the dampener would be great. A video would be helpful. Thanks.

Nice, but there is too much back ground noise, it would've been better if you did it in an open place while the car got warmed up.

Not sure what you mean about the background noise. The only noise was my exhaust in that video. I did not let the car warm up before hand... oops.
