Does it have the stock/factory throttle body shaft seals on it still?

I rebuilt the TB with the mil-spec seals like 2 years ago. Maybe closer to 3 at this point.

If you have the milspec seals then I'm sure you're fine there. Even @ 3 yrs old, I'm sure they're just fine.

So funny story. Turns out The worm clamp holding the intake tube on the MAF magically disappeared, and air was leaking after the MAF. Put a new clamp on there and it's good to go. Just thought I'd share the ridiculousness.

Haha thanks. Too bad I already spent the $275 on a new IAC. Although I'm sure the old one would have died soon anyway.

Yeah $275 in the big picture isn't too bad for a part that as you said was more then likely on its way out anyway. I wish I could find out why my car occasionally idles really lean. I've tried everything. Lol.

So again I speak too soon. Car runs better but its still rough on cold starts. Usually the idle on a cold start jumps to like 1500, then dives down to like 600 rpm for a few seconds while it struggles to figure out what to do. Then as I let it warm up the car seems to idle right. Sometimes the rpms will go up or down more than normal but nothing terrible. If I let it warm up all the way before driving its fine, but if I try to drive it while it's cold, it wants to die when in neutral. Also, randomly, when warm the car will have minor idle surge when in neutral. The surge evens out after a few seconds but is just random. I'll have to check for boost leaks or vacuum leaks but I don't know what else it might be.
