Seibon will fit like a glove, you will likely have to drill the spoiler holes yourself, which depreciates resale value in the market. I would suggest looking into the "vendor exterior/styling" for sale and look at some of the replica trunks, they are alot cheaper. I would also suggest looking into the "do-luck" sytle (fake do-luck trunk). The fitament is good on them and the look is unique over the stock lid and spoiler. Keep in mind with many of these trunks that you will lose the "key hole" function.
I have a Seibon CF trunk.
It has no key hole and I didn't want to mess with it so it remains that way. I also kept the spoiler off, I like the wingless look. But I also have my stock trunk w/ spoiler in perfect shape, so if I want/need I can swap back.
The fitment is just fine and it's painted to match.
My only concern with the Seibon CF is the clear coat fading aggressively over time.

If you get any truck of a good quality, they all come with uv clear coat. As long as you don’t leave it out in the sun for a month at a time i don’t think you will have any issues.
I have a cf trunk from one of our vendors and I just drilled out holes for it. I used the factory bolts/nuts and new 3m double sided tape. I also drilled out the key lock and installed that like factory also. ( I highly recommend doing this, because if you use your latch popper your truck will open so fast it will risk damaging it) It was very easy. In the underside of the trunk you can even see where the factory indents for the holes are through what transferred in the carbon casting.
If you are concerned about modifying parts for your car because of resale, I suggest you leave the entire car stock.

CF Trunk here too (Color Matched of course). Came pre drilled for lock no wing. Not putting wing on it, I still have my factory trunk I'm going to repaint so I can swap as needed
I had to take out the trunk torsion bars as the trunk opened too violently with the stock bars in place it would most certainly damage the trunk if my buddy was not there to catch it
Going to pick up the RS bars and see if it is any better. If not I can live with holding the trunk open if I ever put anything in it (which there almost never is)

I have gotten real good and using the popper with my left and stretching out to leap over and catch the trunk from slamming open when too lazy to take the key out. lol. No big deal really just something to be aware off.
I have a genuine Do-Luck duckbill carbon trunk on my Evo IX. After I got it back from the body shop having it painted, we just removed one of the torsion bars. No need to remove both bars, just remove one. With one bar left, it won't fly into space, and it is enough torsion to hold the trunk lid open at full tilt. However, you have to lift the trunk lid by hand until it's at maximum height, at which point the single bar will keep it aloft. Although this may vary depending on the weight of your individual trunk lid, and if you have a wing in addition to the lid.
