Hey what's ups guys, I came across this evo on my hunt for one and caught my eye. From the pictures it seemed very well taken car of and not abused. However for an evo that supposedly is in better conditions than most of the FS on craigslist, it is one of the cheapest. Seems a little fishy to me.

I was wondering if you guys could look at it and see if this is worth the cash, 6 hour drive, and Import fees to Canada? Also if it seems good, do you know any reputable shops near that location where they could inspect it?

I would talk him down a little. Mines in that sort of condition with the same miles, and I cant even get 16k in my area. You should be able to talk him down to less! Get a good deal for yourself.

YES, as long as its legit.
I paid 16.5 for my 05 with 99k last year.... I would have loved this deal.

 

Does not seem that bad at all.. I'm pretty sure you can talk him down in price. But you never know, guy could of put it back to stock like most people do to say its never been "modified" b4. I just bought my 03 Evo couple months ago 96k miles with bolt ons, cams, e85 and more for $9500. Steal of a price but just did some minor maintenance done to the car.

not bad. take it to english racing if you need an trusty inspection. peace of mind.

if everything looks good, you be smiling the entire time during a 6 hour drive home

also money talks. so if you show up with cash, you will have more bargaining power. good luck
