Ok so I ordered some new OEM floor mats for my 05 Evolution MR. Usual wear and tear on drivers side.

My old ones look more of a dark charcoal. The new ones are black. Everything else is exactly the same.

So did they change the color to black for the newer gens and have 1 part number for all or perhaps mine just faded? I don't think really faded since windows are tinted and back ones seem dark charcoal also.

 

Faded, I replaced mine back in 2009 and thought they seemed much darker. My windows have been tinted almost since the day I got the car.

 

Ok I wasn't sure. I just thought they matched the carpet . Guess after 9 1/2 years everything might be a tad faded lol

 

Mine are grey like yours. My boys a blk. Same matts. Somewhere they got changed.
