The next time your car is hot, check to see if youre getting any spark or fuel. I believe it may be your cam sensor.

replaced the cam sensor today, and it didnt fix the issue

When it won't start check for the basics: spark, fuel and compression.

Possible, INTAKE AIR TEMP sensor heat soak. Since sd, were is iat mounted?

Have you connected a scanner capable of real time info aka current data?
