Exhaust hanging too low

Hi Evom!

I am looking for some help/suggestions regarding my exhaust issues.

I *think* I have a MEGAN exhaust system. Says MEGAN racing on the downpipe.
The config is Downpipe--test pipe--muffler

One of the problem is that the exhaust hangs too low near the back, for no reason.
Here is a picture :

This is the lowest point of the car, and the muffler scrapes by driveway when entering/leaving.
Anyone else has/had this issue?

The second problem is that when I load up the car with an 2 or more people, the exhaust starts to hit something on the car when going through potholes, etc. (The exhaust is not scraping the road)
It sounds like metal on metal hitting.

It looks like there is nothing that could be hitting it towards the back of the car. Again this only happens when I load up the car.
Anyone else had that happen to them?

Let me know!

Thanks

That cat-back looks like the HKS hi-power. If that is the case you are missing some custom hangers that came with the exhaust.

Hmm, that is possible. Doesn't look like any hangers are missing.
The exhaust should be almost 5 inches higher, almost touching the swaybar.

I will try to look for any labels on the exhaust, and a better picture too of the whole exhaust.

that hanger was put on there by someone. notice the crappy welds

easiest way to fix it would be to take it to an exhaust shop and ask them to tuck it up under the car

yeah, that hanger is definitely not the one which came with the car. get a new one on there to hold it higher. any exhaust shop can do that for you.

That is rustproof. Working on the car is a ***** haha prepare to get lubed up to your shoulders.

Edit:

To me it looks like the pipes were welded at the wrong angle. I will not be able to move up my exhaust more than 2 inches, because the exhaust tip will be touching my USDM bumper. Anybody agree with me?
