My 2.0 was busted in a car accident. Anyways rods and pistons seem to be okay. Will i be able to use them on a used block that im planning to buy? Or will i need to buy new ones?

possibly, were they aftermarket pistons and rods? Show them to your engine builder or take them to a machine shop and see if they will ok them. How long did your motor keep running for after the car accident? The rings may have gotten beat up pretty bad if the engine was still running with no oil. Post some pics
