Help please! strange noise from rear of car

Ok, I have an modified evo 4 and recently I've noticed after long drives or boosting it, it makes a kind of vibrating/grinding type noise (very noticable) from the rear of the car on the left side when I turn left and as of today done it on the right side slightly when I turned right also. But it does not do it if I havnt been driving for long/high speeds.

At first I suspected a wheel bearing but wouldn't it make the noise when I first drive it and not only after long drives/high speeds?

Could it just need the diff fluid reflushed?
Have any other evo owners experienced this? All my friends are clueless.
Help please its driving me crazy!

you need to jack up your car ,shake the wheels and see if it has some play.also look if your diff cover not wet from fluid.check if its not low on fluid.just go underneath with flash light and check/move everything.
