I just bought my IX MR about a month ago and some of the only things that dont work are two of the AC buttons. The AC button itself is stuck on ON and the air circulation button is stuck on ON. Im wondering if the circulation button being constantly on could cause drag since air from the outside is getting into the cabin. Also a side question, does the usdm stock radio have a backlight?

 

if you have the temp dial set all the way counterclockwise to MAX A/C both those buttons will be stuck on, have you tried turning that and seeing if they are still stuck on?

The three buttons in the middle. The first one going left to right is the rear defroster. Center button is the AC , and third is to vent outside air. If you have the rotating dial on the left all the way down to Max AC, the AC will be on if you press the center button on or not. The vent button will also default to closed with the Max AC dial selected weather the buttons light up or not. Move the dial off Max AC to the blue dot and the selector buttons should function individually !

Sweet, I wouldnt have known they worked until I had to use the heater lol. Does anyone know if the radio has a backlight? If it does, it will be the only thing that doesnt work on the car.
