Fathouse Fabs project / Head noise / exhaust leaks
On Monday I drove my Evo to Fathouse Fabs in Indiana to get my car R&R'd. The original plan was to basically pull my existing kit, inspect the kit and the rest of the car, and then Jet-Hot the hotside and clean things up, etc. Well....sadly my turbo mani was cracked and another part of the hotside, I think a portion of the o2 housing, was cracked as well. My kit is an old RNR kit with an FP HTA3582r turbo. The o2 housing is crap and robbing hp based on how it was designed. Also, the turbine housing on my turbo was pretty beat up and rather than dress up a turd, we decided to go with a brand new TiAL housing instead. The project is starting differently than I planned but at the same time the point was to clean up/fix things and in some cases it's just better to go with new stuff. Also, none of my original kit was Vband but with new mani, housing, and hotside parts, everything will be modern and Vband. Here's a basic rundown of the project:
-custom Fathouse turbo mani
-Fathouse hotside parts kit
-TiAL Vband turbine housing
-TiAL WG and BOV
-Fathouse catch can and lines
-Relocate FPR to firewall and run necessary lines
-clean up vacuum lines and misc wires/hoses and detail engine bay
-install new valve cover that I had powdercoated
-remove old intercooler sprayer and relocate fan controller
-BLOX front roll stop mount
-And finally once it's all done, throw it on the dyno and tune it and see what she makes
I'll post pictures as they make progress and will invite Fathouse to contribute to this build thread and add pictures/updates as they see fit.

Bump. Missing my black baby. Hopefully more updates and pictures this week. Turbine housing came in last week. Ben said the o2 housing was starting to come together last week. I'm excited to see the artwork that Fathouse does on their welding and manifolds.

Yep, they have a "standard" Evo manifold from what I'm tracking. That said, they don't keep them in stock as you can see. I'm not sure if there's any subtle differences from mani to mani, such as adjusting the far right runner to accommodate for how close/far the coolant hose is. They're also working on another Evo same time as mine so they did them together to save time. Will post all pictures I get! It's going to look great!
